Purchasing Assessments & Price Comparisons

Our completely free purchasing assessment service offers you a range of benefits that will highlight the level of savings achievable through our supplier deals.

  • Current prices are examined by analysing recent invoices & quotations
  • Price comparisons are then made against our exclusive terms with nominated suppliers & results are provided on simple spreadsheets showing savings possible as a value and as a percentage of spend.
  • PPG supplier accounts can then be swiftly set up with minimum fuss and with our help

Every penny saved by our free purchasing assessment will benefit your business. PPG will not ask for a percentage of this or charge you for the time spent on this service.

All we ask is that you use our nominated suppliers if worthwhile savings are shown.

Product Sourcing

If you ever need to source a specific product or service but do not know where to look PPG offer another free product sourcing service that will solve your problems.

If we do not have an existing nominated supplier who can meet your requirements we will be able to utilise our vast purchasing experience, plus our numerous supplier contacts, to help you choose the right supplier or provide you with names of reputable companies to contact.

Not only are we able to offer you free advice based on our own business experiences but we in most cases we will be able to point you in the right direction if you have any purchasing or business related questions.

You can always be assured that our nominated suppliers are offering members the keenest prices at all times because we continually review and compare our contracted terms with those of their competitors.

Members of PPG will be protected from indiscriminate price increases that independent businesses sometimes experience. Prices may also get lower as more PPG members link to our group terms with suppliers.

Online product sales – coming soon

PPG plan to introduce an online catalogue of popular products which can be ordered online by credit card or on an account basis. We are speaking to suppliers who are keen to promote their products in this way allowing you to place multi-supplier orders in one go. Watch this space!
