Answers

1. PPG offers free membership – Are there any other costs?

   There are no costs to you for membership to our buying group. PPG do not receive a penny from members. We get paid on results from the suppliers, putting you in a position of great strength. In order for PPG to be successful you have to be happy with our supplier prices.

2. Will I lose control of my purchasing?

   No, you will stay firmly in control of all your purchasing. PPG just negotiate the preferential terms with suppliers and then provide you with full contact details, terms & conditions for each supplier (and you do the rest). You continue to place your own orders and pay the suppliers for goods as normal.

3. Will I have to bulk buy to get the discounts?

   No need for bulk buying. The low prices and discount terms have been negotiated without the need of bulk buying and large minimum order values. In the majority of cases there are no minimum orders at all and delivery is completely free of charge. That's why PPG are the best buying group for businesses of every size.

4. Quality is very important as well as low prices – can you provide this?

   We have exclusive contracts with over 30 well known national suppliers who are committed to providing our members with the highest quality products & services. With PPG you get very low prices and very high quality.

5. Can PPG help me with product sourcing?

   PPG can help you to locate the product or service you require. We will advise you which of our suppliers will be able to offer you the best deal, and if we are not able to source this through PPG we will recommend a suitable supplier.

6. How do I contact PPG suppliers?

   You will be provided with all the necessary contact details for each supplier, and all you have to do is quote a PPG reference number to automatically receive our preferred terms. However, if you would like us to arrange for supplier representatives to call you to make appointments, we will be delighted to do this.

7. I haven't got the time to compare prices - can PPG do this?

   Price comparisons can take hours of your valuable time and you might not wish to use a PPG supplier without proof of savings. In many cases you will never get round to comparing prices and you could continue paying top prices.
   
   PPG offer a free price comparison service & we can very quickly produce cost comparisons and projected annual savings for you. All you have to do is send us a list of the products you buy and the prices you pay (copy invoices etc) we will do the rest.

8. Can I still get the PPG discounts if I already use some of your suppliers?

   Simply contact us at PPG and we will arrange for your account to be transferred across to PPG exclusive pricing. The sooner you do this the sooner you will be paying lower prices.

9. Should I register my other businesses with PPG as well?

   Yes, definitely. If you want all your businesses to benefit from our PPG supplier deals you must register each business separately. Registration is still free regardless of the number of business you have. You can only gain by registering.

10. Is there a contract or agreement when joining PPG?

    You are under no contract at all when becoming a PPG member. All we ask is that you do use at least one of our suppliers if they can either reduce your costs or improve on your existing supplier service.
